4 horse hot walker, runs on 220, reversible, the arms need a coat of paint but everything works really well, will need to be picked up at zip code 26456, very heavy, may take 3 or 4 guys to lift, arms are removable. We don't use it for rehab, we've realized hand walking is the best thing for an injury but these are great for healthy sound horses. Bought for $2500. selling for $1000.  Donated by the executor to raise money for the program.

3 tiered lockers, individual lockers are 12 x 12 x 12 deep, wall component is 6 feet tall with 36 lockers in each locker. Paid $600. new for each and these are barely used, no rust on them at all. Asking $400. each (we have one red and one black) We have one red locker with 36 lockers and one black locker that has 36 lockers. These are great for riding stables/lesson barns to put street shoes and clothes in the lockers while riding, each locker can be individually locked. They are pretty heavy, 6' tall and 3 feet wide and 1' deep but they will fit into the back of a truck bed. These need to be picked up here.  Donated by the Executor to raise money for the program.

  4 piece cherry living room table set, large coffee table, 2 large end tables and one tall table, the end tables and the tall table have a dower in them. The coffee table has a 4 piece glass top. A couple of nicks from moving but nothing big and no place really noticeable, would be great for a family room or living room. Only 4 years old, very heavy, will need to be picked up here. Bought new 4 years ago for $1100., asking $550. now the whole set. Donated by the Executor to raise money for the program.

Also the 4 piece forest green leather couch and matching love seat, with hide-away full bed and 3 reclining chairs. The leather is worn where you're butt goes in 4 spots, no holes just the leather is worn some but other than that in great shape, perfect for a family room and for guests visiting, very comfortable bed and super comfortable couch for hanging out and watching TV. Bought new 4 years ago for $3000. and asking $1500. now, goes great with the tables too.

Two oriental lamps, blue and white porcelain, about 2 feet tall, new, bought for the other farm but we have no place to put them here and really don't need them in the kitchen where we have them sitting, In perfect condition. They were $150. each, bought new. Asking $200. for both. Can possibly ship but there will be a shipping and packing cost. Donated by the executor to raise money for the adoption program.

Two sets of bunk beds, all real wood, both come with mattresses, all in good shape, taken down and ready to ship. Excellent for kids and will fit and hold a light weight adult up to about 5'6", very sturdy, bought for $500. each, asking $250. for each one. Pick up by transport or truck.

Side saddle, only used a couple of times, bought new, the executor had a special double girth made to go with it which will come with it, she also had a second safety strap made into the saddle to make it extra secure and safe for riders. In this new condition today. Bought new for $800. plus $50. for the girth, asking $500. Needs a leather and one iron. Beautiful chestnut color, looks wonderful on horses. Fits everything from a medium horse to a draft horse. Donated by the Executor to raise money for the program. Seat will fit most all riders. Can ship with a packing and shipping charge, can also pick up here.

Antique tandem sleigh, everything in super shape and still functional, runners and shafts are in working order. Great for Christmas and winter rides with friends. Shafts will fit a medium horse up to a draft horse. All you need is a harness, some seat cushions and maybe a blanket to keep the chill off when hitting the country roads. Perfect for a lesson barn, hunt club or barn up north that has winter activities. This is one of a kind and you just do not see pieces like this anymore. Bought for $2700. but asking $1500. for it just a couple of years ago.  Located here and will need to be picked up by the buyer or transported by a trucker or horse transporter, will fit in the back of a truck or in a stock trailer, Shafts can be removed for easy shipping. Donated by the executor to raise money for the program.

  Wintec bridles, have about 20, and will probably sell about 15 of them. All with reins, some with wintec reins, some with cloth reins. All almost new. These were $80. new with wintec reins, some have never been used, some have been used a few times as many of the riders use their own equipment when they ride. All in new condition. Asking $70. for the bridles with the wintec reins and $50. with regular reins. Can ship but packing and shipping will be more. All are horse sized but will fit a cob as well.

Very high end leather desk, 2 piece credenza and executive leather chair. Super heavy, desk is 4' x 6' top, lots of drawer space, credenza has lots of storage space, shelves and drawers in the bottom, all leather, absolutely a piece to die for. Just the desk and credenza was $12,000. new, plus the $500. chair. These are in perfect condition but to raise badly needed funds, the executor is willing to donate it to help the horses. We are asking 7k for the desk, 2 piece credenza and executive chair as a set. Very very heavy, will need probably 4 people to move it and definitely an 8 foot bed if moving it with a regular truck. This would make a great gift for that man in your life or for the posh office of your own. First class.

New/almost never used card table/coffee table that raises up to use for eating, perfect for a family room. Perfect condition. Was a gift for the executor from her ex for their study/library. Seats have wheels on them, table and chairs are a heavy cherry wood with cream colored cushions all new and lion claw legs on table. Was bought for $900. but asking $700. for it. Can ship in a truck or horse trailer with a transporter but pick up would be better so you can protect it going home. Super heavy

3 heavy cherry wood swivel bar stools with leather seats, like new. Great Chairs, all from a high end house wares catalog, All were $500. each new, asking $1000. for all 3 or $400. each as they were just bought for the farm in Alma and we have no room here.

30 year old hand carved bar that the Executor carried back from Korea during her military tour there, wine rack, drawers, wine glass holders and plenty of room for bottles and mixers. The whole thing folds up if tight on room and its even on canisters to roll. One of a kind piece with forest green inlaid marble in the top/counter space. The executor bought new for $2500. in 1981 and of course, stuff from Korea costs a fraction of what it does in the US, especially since this was hand carved and there is not another one like it anywhere, we are asking $5000. for it but according to her insurance company it would probably be triple that to replace.

cherry buffet, new, nearly everything in side may be sold separately too, including the antique horse figurines. bought new for $400. asking $250. for the buffet alone, the other items we'll list separately.

Korean chest with brass fittings and trim, 30 years old and hand carved, the executor got to watch the artisan work on this over a couple of weeks in Yongsong, Seoul Korea. Bought new for $300. asking $600.

wrought iron magazine/wood holder with a horse motif on front and back. New, we have 4 of these for sale. $50. each, bought for all the fire places at Alma, don't need them in West Union. Also good for magazines, books and newspapers.

  21 pieces of black wrought iron patio furniture, bought just two years ago, now being donating by the executor to raise money for the program. Can sell all 21 pieces (2 dinner tables with 4 captains chairs for each table, big wooden umbrellas and a base for each table. 2 Love seats, 2 rockers, 4 captains chairs and two coffee tables). New, all 21 pieces was over 8k but will sell for 4k. All is in good shape and very structurally sound. I would repaint many of the pieces again but these will last forever with another paint job. Will send all the plastic covers to go with them for another 500.
